Thames Valley Police have formally identified the woman who died at a property in Bracknell earlier this week as Natalie Clements, 40, of Bracknell. Officers were called to an address in the Birkdale area shortly before 07:00 BST on Tuesday after reports a woman had sustained a head injury. Paramedics from South Central Ambulance Service attended but the woman was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police action and custody
Detectives from the Major Crime Unit have launched a murder investigation. A 48-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of murder and remains in police custody while inquiries continue. Thames Valley Police have said specially trained family liaison officers are supporting the victim’s next of kin.
