A man has been charged following an attack in central St Helens that left another man with a slash wound to his face.
What happened
Emergency services were called to Greenwood Court at about 10.55pm on Tuesday 28 July, where a man in his 40s was discovered with an injury to his face. He was taken to hospital for treatment.
Suspect and charges
The Crown Prosecution Service has authorised a charge of wounding with intent against Terence Darracott, 50, of Pollitt Crescent, St Helens. He was remanded into custody and listed to appear at Wirral adult remand court on Thursday 30 July.
