Essex Police have asked members of the public to come forward after a collision on Tenpenny Hill, Thorrington, in the early hours of Saturday morning that they say involved two vehicles and left one driver believed to have departed the scene.
Officers appeal for footage and information
Emergency services were called to the incident at 11.10pm on Friday 31 July. Police statements confirm both vehicles were still at the scene when officers arrived, but that the driver of one car left the area before inquiries could be completed.
