Luton Town have completed the signing of Northern Ireland striker Callum Marshall from West Ham United for an undisclosed fee, the club has announced.
Permanent move after a series of loans
The 21‑year‑old forward has agreed a long‑term contract at Kenilworth Road, ending a spell in which he was repeatedly loaned out while on West Ham's books. Marshall made three first‑team appearances for West Ham and was part of their FA Youth Cup–winning side in 2023.
His development has included temporary moves to several clubs: a productive season in League One with Huddersfield Town, where he scored 10 goals during the 2024‑25 loan, and a subsequent loan in Germany with VfL Bochum. Those spells brought valuable experience and regular football, but Marshall told reporters a permanent home was a priority.

Marshall said advisers close to him – including his agent and his father – emphasised the importance of settling at one club. "Whenever you are a loan player, it’s difficult because you’re not their player," he added, describing the move to Luton as the next step in his career: "This is my home now."
Wilshere seen as a key reason for the move
Luton boss Jack Wilshere played a part in attracting Marshall. The pair have a connection going back to youth football: Marshall scored in the 2023 FA Youth Cup final against Arsenal, where Wilshere was on the coaching staff. Wilshere told the club website he sensed Marshall's hunger and said he was pleased the player had chosen Luton.
