Lewes Police have issued an urgent public appeal after two teenage girls from Newhaven were reported missing late on Friday, 17 July. Officers say Princess, 17, and Precious, 15, are believed to be together and have connections to Brighton, Lewes and Eastbourne, and the force is asking anyone who has seen them or knows their whereabouts to get in touch.
Where and when they were last seen
Police say Princess was last seen in Newhaven at around 7pm on 17 July, while Precious was seen earlier the same day at about 4pm. The announcement was posted by Lewes Police on Facebook at 3.14pm on Saturday, 18 July.

How they are described
The force has issued descriptions and details of what each girl was wearing when last seen:
- Princess (17): around 5'5", dark braided hair. Last seen wearing a grey hoodie, black shorts, white and silver New Balance trainers and carrying a white handbag.
- Precious (15): around 5'5", curly black hair. Last seen wearing a black denim jacket over a black top, a black skirt, white trainers and carrying a small cream bag.
