Two people were left with serious injuries after a collision on the M3 northbound between junctions 12 (Allbrook Interchange) and 11 (Winchester) on Sunday morning, Hampshire Constabulary has confirmed. A 24-year-old man from London was arrested at the scene. He is suspected of multiple driving-related offences, including:
