Gwent Police have launched an urgent appeal after an 11-year-old boy from Ebbw Vale was reported missing and has not been seen since Wednesday 29 July.
Last known movements
Police say the child — named locally as Rory — was last observed in New Street, Pwllypant in the Caerphilly area, around 20 miles from his home in Ebbw Vale. Officers describe him as white, slim and about 4ft 11in tall. At the time he went missing he was wearing a grey Nike tracksuit with green detailing and a black Amsterdam baseball cap.
