Police are investigating after a man was robbed of cash in Belfast city centre on the morning of Wednesday 29 July. The incident occurred in the Fountain Street area at about 11am, shortly after the victim is believed to have left a nearby bank.
What happened
According to police, the victim was approached and surrounded by three males. During the encounter one of the suspects removed money from the man's pocket before all three ran off in the direction of College Street. No further details have been released about injuries.
