A Romanian national has pleaded guilty at Belfast Crown Court to his part in a running street battle on the busy Lisburn Road in south Belfast on 7 May 2025. The defendant, Dumitru Genea, 32, of Queens Road in the Titanic Quarter, entered the plea through an interpreter during an arraignment hearing.
