  • Plan alternative routes in advance if you usually travel on the affected stretches.
  • Avoid parking on the closed sections during the stated times to keep works on schedule.

The closures at New Cross Street and Station Road are of shorter duration, concluding by 16–21 July, while the works around Crankhall Lane and the adjoining section of Keir Road run until 31 July. The Penncricket Lane restriction is limited to daytime hours on 16 July. All dates are subject to operational conditions on site.

Further information

Notices and diversion maps are available via the Public Notice Portal. Residents and businesses near the works should look out for local signage giving precise start and finish points and on-the-day traffic management. Any queries about access during the works should be directed to site operatives, who will manage entry to premises when it is safe to do so.
