A 10-acre agricultural site on Stratford Road in Warwick has been sold to a private buyer for a sum reported to be in the region of £1.4 million. The land, which has been used for grazing, occupies a visible position opposite Aylesford School and The Playbox Theatre.
Commercial property agents Wareing & Company, acting for the long-standing owner, handled the transaction and described the site as being on “one of Warwick’s principal routes” with ready links to existing residential and commercial areas.
“This was an excellent opportunity to acquire a substantial strategic site in a highly accessible location within Warwick,” said Bill Wareing, director of Wareing & Company.
