Police appeal and outstanding suspects
Bedfordshire Police continue to seek three teenagers they suspect were involved but have not yet spoken to. Officers have asked anyone who was present to come forward and said they were aware people might be reluctant to give information.
"Our investigation into this horrific incident continues, and while we are pleased to have made a number of significant arrests, we know there are a number of teenagers involved who have not yet been spoken to by our officers," said Detective Inspector Caeva Taylor.
The force added it was urging families and friends to persuade those with knowledge to contact police and to do the right thing.
Impact on the community
The victim's family paid tribute to Mr Nisar, describing him as an "amazing brother, son, uncle and friend" who had qualities that "would light up any room". They said he had a bright future ahead and that they would cherish his memory.
The deaths of young people in Luton is a profound local concern. The sequence of arrests and the ongoing search for further suspects mean the investigation remains a priority for Bedfordshire Police, with potential implications for local policing activity and community reassurance measures while inquiries continue.
