UB Healthcare, a specialist consultancy supporting the NHS, independent care providers and individuals with continuing and complex care needs, has taken a lease on refurbished offices at Remus 1, 2 Cranbrook Way in Solihull Business Park. The company has moved into the ground floor as a tenant of Multifleet Vehicle Management Company, which occupies the floor above.
Purpose-built space to support clinical and operational work
The ground-floor accommodation offers a contemporary, flexible layout with a security-controlled entrance and on-site parking. UB Healthcare said the premises will provide additional capacity for its operational and clinical teams, and create dedicated space for collaborative work, meetings, training and client engagement.
The move is timed to support the consultancy’s expanding work on digital and analytical solutions aimed at improving health and care delivery across systems.
“Solihull is home for Harry and me, and we are proud to be building UB Healthcare here,” said Uko Umotong, co‑founder and director of UB Healthcare.
Local business ecosystem and landlord ambitions
Multifleet — trading as runyourfleet — bought Remus 1 with the intention of providing the ground floor to another occupier. Its chief executive, Steve Whitmarsh, said the company is pleased to have a growing health consultancy as a neighbour and highlighted the importance of being part of the local business community.
Cllr Heather Delaney, Solihull Council’s deputy leader and cabinet member for Economy, Employment & Skills, welcomed the deal as evidence of two local firms supporting one another’s expansion.
