Developer proposes mix of homes and park upgrades
Persimmon has submitted proposals to build 123 homes on land to the north of Jenford Street in the Ladybrook area of Mansfield. The application, aimed at meeting local housing demand, sets out a range of house types and improvements to nearby public open space intended for use by the wider community.
