Thames Valley Police have launched an inquiry after an indecent exposure was reported in the Winnersh area of Wokingham borough on the morning of 25 July. Officers say the incident occurred in the fields adjacent to Sadlers Lane between 8.05am and 8.15am.
Arrest made; investigation ongoing
A 26-year-old man of no fixed abode has been arrested on suspicion of exposure and is in police custody, Thames Valley Police confirmed. The alleged victims were described in police reports as a woman in her fifties and a girl in her teens.
Police description and appeal
Officers have provided a description of the suspect as an Asian man wearing white clothing, with dark hair and a moustache. They are appealing for anyone who was in the area at the relevant time, or who may have captured the incident on CCTV, dash-cam or doorbell cameras, to contact them.
