Thames Valley Police have launched an appeal for information after a teenage boy sustained serious injuries when he fell from an e-scooter in Great Linford, Milton Keynes.
What happened
The incident took place between 4pm and 4.30pm on Sunday 19 July near the junction of St Ledger Drive and Hazelwood. The boy was taken to hospital with injuries described by officers as serious but not life-threatening and has since been discharged.
Police appeal
No arrests have been made and detectives are keen to establish the circumstances that led to the fall. Officers have asked anyone who was in the area at the time or who may have captured the incident on camera to come forward.
“At this stage, we are establishing the circumstances, and I am appealing to anyone who was in the area and may have witnessed this incident to get in touch. I am also appealing to anyone with CCTV or dash‑cam footage to please come forward.”
