Sussex Police have released an image of a man they wish to speak to in connection with a distraction burglary reported in Horsham earlier this month.

The force says the offence took place on 8 July at about 2.40pm on Crawley Road, Horsham. Two men reportedly attended a private address and allegedly presented themselves as carrying out electricity security checks. After the visit, the occupant discovered that cash, bank cards and jewellery were missing.

Police describe one of the men as about 5ft 5in, of a large build, in his 40s with short dark hair. The second man was said to be of similar height, slimmer and was wearing a grey top under a high visibility vest.
